Return Policy

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the piece must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@jenmari.co with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send an item back before contacting us.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds cover the price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • It may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — including covering return shipping and sending a replacement or full refund.

Handmade variation

Because each piece is made by hand from natural shell and mother-of-pearl, slight variations in color and shape are normal and are not considered defects. See our Terms of Service for details.
