Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. Because pieces are handmade, some may take a little longer during busy periods — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Rates & delivery

• Standard shipping — $6 flat rate.Sent with tracking; estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after your order ships.
• Local pickup — free.Available in the Sacramento area. Choose this option at checkout and we'll email you when your piece is ready and arrange a pickup time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If your tracking hasn't updated or your order seems lost, email us at hello@jenmari.coand we'll help track it down.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to refund or replace orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll do our best to help if a package is returned to us.
