Our products are handmade

Every piece is strung by hand using natural materials such as mother-of-pearl and shell. Because these materials are unique, the color, shape, and pattern of the piece you receive may vary slightly from the photographs. These natural variations are part of the character of the work and are not considered defects.

Pricing & availability

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed.
• Pieces are made in small quantities and may sell out. We may limit quantities or decline or cancel an order, including if an item was listed at an incorrect price or is no longer available.
• If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Shipping & returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including photographs, text, designs, and the Jen + Mari name — belongs to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jen + Mari is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
